Children Policy: Children age 12 and older are charged at the same rate as adults.

Cancellation Policy: Three night deposit is required by valid credit card only. Christmas, New Years, Easter and Carnival times: 4 night minimum stay and a non-refundable deposit. Reservations are also non-changeable during these periods 18DEC99-05JAN00 / 20APR99-24APR99 / 25APR00-06MAY00. All other times reservations must be cancelled 21 days prior to arrival. All reservations must include arrival flight and time information or late night arrivals will not be honored. The office will be closed and there will be no refund of the deposit. All arrivals after 6pm will be subject to a $10.00 late arrival fee. -All 1 night stays or packages booked with an American Express credit card at least 24 days prior to arrival will be refunded the entire deposit upon cancellation within 72 hours of making the reservation.
