Military Press:

Place a wieghted barbell in front of you. Bend over with your back straight and not curved. and grab the barbell. Bring it up close to your body and lift it up to the front of your upper chest. Inhale.

Forcefully raise the bar over your head, and stop just before your elbows lock out. Pause, exhale and squeeze your shoulder muscles. 

Then slowly lower the bar bringing it down (being careful not to hit your nose) until your hands are at about the level of your nose. Inhale. Repeat the above for reps.
