Extentions:

Read all the instructions on the leg extention machine before
doing the exercise. Generally, position
the back and foot
adjustment to your body
size. The foot pad should be positioned
for maximum leverage, so
that it is placed
right above your foot.
Sit on the seat pad,
and
put your feet under the foot pad. Grab the
handles with your hands to keep yourself in
position. Engage your
abs. Keep chest out and
shoulders back. Inhale. |

Raise your feet to raise the mechanism. Raise until
your legs are almost fully extended, but never
so much that lock
your
knees. When
your legs are extended,
pause, squeeze
your
quadraceps (thigh muscles) and exhale. Return
to the start.
Repeat for
reps. |
