Decline Push
Up:

Put a stable chair in front of you. Get in the
beginning position of a push up, but put your hands on the chair.
Pull your belly in towards your spine, and keep your belly tucked
in. Inhale. |

| Slowly lower your body, until your face
is barely above the chair. Pause and squeeze your chest muscles
while exhaling. Return to the starting position and repeat for
reps |
